Richard W. Wills

PARSIPPANY - Richard W. Wills of Lake Hiawathia died yesterday at Riverside Hospice, Boonton Township. He was 58.

Mr. Wills was was born in South Bend, Ind. He lived here for the past 10 years. He was finance manager for the Metal Improvement Co., Teaneck, and a member of the South Bend Elks Club for 33 years.

He is survived by his wife, Frances; a son, William, Angola, Ind.; three stepsons, Michael Heroy, Granger, Ind., Thomas Heroy, Union, Mich., and Steven Heroy, Lakeville, Ind.: two daughters, Joan Grover, Owosso, Mich., and Susan Schultze, South Bend; and 10 grandchildren.

A service will be held Tuesday in South Bend
