Helen K. (Wood) Heidrich

SOUTH BEND Helen K. Heidrich, 71, of Fairfax Avenue, died at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka. Mrs. Heidrich was born March 6, 1922, in Rochester and was a lifelong area resident.

On March 1, 1941, in South Bend, as Helen Russell, she married Noble G. Heidrich. He died April 7, 1972.

She is survived by two daughters, Jane Laskowski of South Bend and Judy Marek of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; four grandsons; and her stepmother, Bernice Wood of Sarasota, Fla.

She was a member of Order of Eastern Star Rose Croix Chapter.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County Inc
