Tammy L. Robey

September 7, 1962 - July 4, 2024

SOUTH BEND – Tammy Robey of South Bend passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024 in her home while surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 7, 1962 in South Bend to the late John and Rose (Simon) Kwist and was 61 years-old at the time of her death.

She lived in the area her entire life and in 1997 she married the late Randy Robey. She enjoyed traveling and planning the family Christmas, as well as parties with her longtime companion Donald.

Tammy is survived by her companion of 21 years Donald Bromeling Jr. of South Bend; two brothers Troy (Colleen) Kwist of Knox and Charles (Amy) Lindsley of Grovertown; one sister Lisa (Donald) Patrick of Grovertown; three nieces Jennifer, Tayler, and Jacy; and one nephew David. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; grandparents June Simon Wesszo, Joseph Simon, and Martin and Margaret Kwist.

There will be a Graveside Service held at 1:00 CDT on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Eagle Creek Cemetery, Knox (located at the intersection of county roads 700 East and 25 North, Knox). No other services or viewing are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the family to assist with Tammy’s final expenses.
