Andrew F. Nemeth

Andrew F. Nemeth, 64, of 58188 Basswood, Osceola, died at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday i in St. Joseph's Hospital, South Bend, after a brief illness. He was employed by Central Design Service, where he had worked since 1943.

Born on Nov. 6, 1915, in South Bend, he was a lifetime area resident.

On April 23, 1938, in West Lafayette, Ind., he married Flora Baldini. She survives with three daughters, Miss Buffy Nemeth at home, Mrs. Timothy (Pat) Chapman of Granger and Mrs. Michael (Kim) Griggs of Mishawaka; a son, Dr. Andy Nemeth of South Bend; four grandchildren, and a brother, Steven of South Bend.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, where a rosary will be recited at 8:30 p.m. today. Bishop William Crowley will officiate at services at 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Matthew Cathedral, South Bend. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, South Bend.

He was a member of the church and of the South Bend Knights of Columbus and the Nocturnal Adoration Society.
