Lawrence W. Kepschull

Lawrence W. Kepschull, 86, residing on Tanglewood Lane, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away at 4:07 p.m.Sunday, Jan.11, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Ind. Mr. Kepschull was born on Feb.26, 1917, in Chicago, Ill., to Frank and Caroline (Peth) Kepschull.In 1937, in South Bend, Lawrence married Dorothy Frazier.

Then in 1970, he married Myrtle Henning, who preceded him in death in February 1996. Mr. Kepschull is survived by three daughters, Rosalie (Jay) Colbert of South Bend, Peggy Jean (Len) Raschke of Coloma, Mich., and Patricia Ann Kepschull of South Bend; two sons, Jeffrey (Barbara) Kepschull of Osceola, Ind., and Howard (Nancy) Kepschull of Las Vegas, Nev.; and by 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Laverne Germann.

Mr.Kepschull retired in 1975 from Bendix Corporation. He was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church, and was a 50-year member of Bendix Local #9. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan.16, in Emmaus Lutheran Church, 929 E.Milton St., South Bend, IN 46613. The Rev. Dr. D. Richard Stuckwisch will officiate. Burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan.15, in the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S.Michigan St., South Bend, IN 46614. Contributions in memory of Lawrence W. Kepschull may be made to the Emmaus Lutheran Church, 929 E.Milton St., South Bend, IN 46613
