Harold A. Dreher, 67, of 1533 Virginia St., died at 8:10 a.m. Sunday in his home. Mr. Dreher retired from Bendix Corp. in 1974 after 35½ years service. Born Oct. 4, 1917, in South Bend, he lived here all of his life.

On Jan. 14, 1945, in South Bend, he married the former Dorothy Jean Baker, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Kathy Brazell of South Bend; a son, Richard of South Bend; and five grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Peter's United Church of Christ, and burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery.

Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., where a masonic memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Mr. Dreher was a member of the church, St. Joseph Lodge 45 F & AM, Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend and Avalon Grotto, and was a World War II Army veteran.
