SOUTH BEND - Diana K. Feltz, 64, of South Bend, died Sunday August 28, 2016 at Signature Healthcare. The South Bend native was born May 4, 1952 to Ralph & Kathryn (Jarvis) Gall [Przestwor]. Diana was retired and enjoyed the time spent with family & friends and caring for her pets.

 In addition to her parents, Diana was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Feltz and siblings, Shirley Gentry and Steven Gall. She is survived by her daughter, Tricia (Mike) Ryan of South Bend and her sister, Theresa (Doug) Casad of Lakeville.

Services will be at 2:00 Friday, September 2, 2016 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy. with calling one hour prior to services. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family's preferred memorial is Pet Refuge, Inc. 4626 S Burnett Dr, South Bend, IN 46614.
