Gregory Allen Singleton, 73 of Manchester, GA died July 2, 2024, at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, GA

Greg as he was best known was born September 1, 1950, in South Bend, IN the son of Donald M. and Penny Singleton. He was a retired commercial truck driver with Walmart and was working for the City of Manchester. He was a retired volunteer fireman with the Flint Hill Fire Department, and a U. S. Army Veteran, serving during the Vietnam Era. Mr. Singleton was a longtime member and Deacon at the First Assembly of God in Manchester, GA. He loved helping his fellow church members and his community. He was always proud of his landscaping, not only in his yard, but the church grounds and those who he helped with their yards. Greg was very devoted to his family and was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. He was preceded death by his parents, son Sean Singleton, great grandson Asher Singleton, stepmother Roseanne Singleton, father-in-law Marvin Stephens, Sr., brothers Donnie Singleton and Jeff Singleton.

Greg is survived by his loving wife Sandra Singleton of Manchester, GA, sons Randy Singleton and Mark Singleton both of Manchester, GA, daughter Kimberly Singleton of Phoenix, Arizona, sisters Sherri (Mike) Singleton of Chattanooga, TN, Cathy Woodbridge of South Bend, IN, Nancy Singleton of Mishawaka, IN, brother Terry (Joan) Singleton of Corona, CA, mother-in-law Lois Stephens of Manchester, GA, grandchildren Kaedon (Amber) Singleton, Kody (Jasmine) Singleton, Emily Singleton and Savannah Kirby, and eight great-grandchildren. He will be missed by many extended family, friends and his fur-baby, Mykee.

Funeral services for Mr. Singleton will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at First Assembly of God in Manchester, GA followed by burial in the Cove Baptist Church Cemetery, Woodbury, GA. The family will receive friends Friday, July 5, 2024, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Cox Funeral home.

Flowers will be accepted or those desiring may make donations, in memory of Greg Singleton, to the First Assembly of God, Manchester, GA.
