Michael L. Puzynski

SOUTH BEND - Michael L. Puzynski, 21, of 19755 Detroit Ave., was pronounced dead at 11:43 a.m. Tuesday in Columbus (Ohio) Medical Center of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the home his parents in Columbus. Mr. Puzynski was born Oct. 24, 1970, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.

He is survived by his parents, Cheri and Steven Kleitz of Columbus; a sister, Tamara Aune of Plymouth; and a grandmother, Ruthe Wiley of South Bend.

He was a graduate of Riley High School and was a student at Indiana University at South Bend.

There will be no services. Cremation will take place. Charter Memorial Funeral Home, Columbus, handled arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
