William C. Scott

Nov. 30, 1946 - Dec. 7, 1997

William C. Scott, 51, who resided at 1017 S. Middleboro Avenue, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away on Sunday morning, Dec. 7.

His father preceded him in death in 1965.

Bill is survived by his mother Mary, with whom he lived. He is also survived by his sister, Deborah A. Stutzman and brother-in-law, Lanny Stutzman of Elkhart, Ind.; a son, Charles of Goshen, Ind.; two daughters, Jennifer and Angela of Elkhart; three grandchildren, Kaity, Ben and Stacey; and by a nephew, Michael J. Hook.

He served with the Fifth U.S. Army and had attended Riley High School. He was a member of the Community Brethren Church. He leaves a devoted, loving family and we will miss him. He was a compassionate, loving person. He braved the hurt and pain for 10 years, now he will have pain no more.

Memorial services will be at noon on Sunday at the Community Brethren Church, 811 E. Colfax Street, Mishawaka, with Rev. Gene A. Eckerley officiating. McGann Funeral Home is in charge of cremation.
