Frank Andrew Arsenault Jan. 18, 1929 - March 30, 2015 SOUTH BEND - Frank Andrew Arsenault, 86, of Melbourne, FL, passed away on March 30, 2015.

He was born in South Bend, Indiana, on January 18, 1929, and graduated from in 1946.

He was a World War II Army veteran. He was married to Billie Jean Wagner on January Riley High School 29th, 1949, in Mishawaka, Indiana.

He had four sons, Mark, Greg, Scott and Brian. He had nine grandchildren, Richard, Patrick, Paul, Benjamin, Jennifer, Christy, Tanner, Madison and Monica, and 21 great-grandchildren.

He joined the South Bend Police Department in 1952 and retired as Chief of Detectives in 1973. He then became Chief Security Officer at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant in Bridgman, Michigan, retiring in 1994. Frank then enjoyed his retirement playing golf and surf fishing in Melbourne, Florida. He remained an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 36, South Bend, Indiana.
