SOUTH BEND--James S. Ainsworth, 61, of Allegan, Mich., formerly of South Bend, died Monday in Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo. Survivors include his wife, Kathy; two daughters, Deborah Salik of Portage and Susan Robinson of Allegan; two sons, Jeffrey and James T., both of Allegan; and a sister, Marilyn Ainsworth of Clearwater, Fla. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Gorden Funeral Residence-Allegan Chapel, where friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
