Josephine Jean "Josie" ( Fowler) Sindlinger ,66,died Sunday ,July 7, 2013 at Hospice House in South Bend.She was born on Dec 20,1946 in Rice's Landing, Pa. and on July 19,1969 she married her high school sweetheart ,Paul Sindlinger ,who survives along with her three daughters, five grandchildren,two sisters and her brother.
Josie was an avid bowler, a member of the 600 club and won the City Doubles Tournament. In additon to graduating from Riley in 1965, Josie completed a cooking course through Purdue University.She was a cook in the dietary department of the former St.Joseph Hospital -Mishawaka for 16 years retiring in 1997.She was a fantastic cook.
