I retired in 2005. At that time my husband and I decided to volunteer at places around the country. We decided on Colorado because our son lived there. It was near the Rocky Mountain National Park. We liked to see the sites, hike, and just enjoy being close to family. We now are going to NV because our son moved there. We spend 6 - 8 weeks at a time. We are close to California and Reno.
